Classic cocktails added to the menu at all 22 airports where Delaware North operates

In June, Delaware North introduced a new standardized cocktail program for all 22 U.S. airports where the company operates, providing travelers with favorite classic cocktails while streamlining bar operations.

The new menu – which consists of 11 cocktails such as a First-Class Bloody Mary, Runway ’Rita and World Traveler Whiskey Sour – was developed using previous sales data and beverage trends.

“We know that the food and beverage experience is an important part of a traveler’s journey, and that speed of service is often paramount,” said Thor Kritsky, vice president of food and beverage for Delaware North Travel. “By standardizing a menu of cocktails that we know our guests will love – and providing our team members the resources to be able to execute them quickly and at a high level – we’re creating a win-win for our teams and our guests.”
